1. Shipping Origin
All Aparmita orders are handcrafted and shipped directly from our primary workshop in Kathmandu, Nepal. By shipping from the source, we ensure that every singing bowl is authentic and supports the local artisan communities in the Kathmandu Valley.
2. Global Reach & Delivery Times
We proudly serve customers in over 90 countries worldwide. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided as a guide only and do not constitute a guarantee.
- United States: Estimated delivery typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days.
- Rest of the World: Delivery times vary by destination, generally arriving within 7 to 14 business days.
3. Shipping Rates & Handling
- Order Processing: We strive to package and dispatch your order promptly. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking: Once handed over to our trusted shipping and logistics partners, tracking information will be provided where available.
- Carrier Liability: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
4. Important Considerations
- Customs & Import Duties: As we ship internationally from Nepal, import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
- Accurate Information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Aparmita is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
- Unforeseen Delays: Aparmita is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, local postal services, or other circumstances outside of our direct control.
