•        Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier

•        Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Aparmita is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses

•        Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer

In summary, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
