How do I choose the right size?

Size sets the voice: small bowls (7–10 cm) are bright and travel-friendly, medium (11–14 cm) is the beginner sweet spot with a balanced, calming tone, and large bowls (15 cm+) ring deeper with longer sustain. If it's your first bowl, start medium — a 12 cm is our most-loved size.

What do the tones / notes mean?

Each bowl is tuned near a musical note that practitioners map to an energy center — C for root (grounding), F for heart, G for throat, B for crown. If you're not following chakra practice, simply choose by ear: lower notes feel deeper and more grounding.

Yes — every bowl in our collection is hand-hammered from a traditional seven-metal alloy by Nepali artisans and sound-tested by ear before dispatch. We don't sell machine-made bowls.

What's the difference between antique and new bowls?

Antique bowls like the Thadobati are decades old, with a mellowed patina and a character that only age gives. New bowls are forged today with the same techniques and ring brighter. Both are genuine — antiques are rarer and priced accordingly.
