General Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products should be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accompanying materials
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Custom-made and personalized products.
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional campaigns.
- Used, washed, or damaged products not due to our error.
- Digital downloads and gift cards.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Customer Care team at info@aparmita.org within the eligible return period.
- Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.
- After return approval, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.
Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
- For exchanges, we recommend confirming product availability before returning your item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees and applicable bank transaction charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
