If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return and refund process.

General Return Policy

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  2. Products should be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accompanying materials
  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  1. Custom-made and personalized products. 
  2. Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional campaigns.
  3. Used, washed, or damaged products not due to our error.
  4. Digital downloads and gift cards.

 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at info@aparmita.org within the eligible return period.
  2.  Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.
  3.  After return approval, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.

Please Note:

  1.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
  2. For exchanges, we recommend confirming product availability before returning your item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

  1.  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  3. Shipping fees and applicable bank transaction charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  2. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
